Through videos, graphics, reflections, and interactive activities, participants will explore institutional missions, faculty roles, academic career pathways, the application process, and strategies for navigating academic culture and belonging.

Reflect on your learning and identify academic environments that align with your goals and interests.
Participants who complete Module 1 will be eligible to apply for the iREDEFINE Workshop, an in-person experience focused on preparing for the academic job search process and exploring pathways to faculty careers.
